Lillian Ruth Woodyatt (née Sikkema), 89, of Flossmoor, died Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015, at St. James Hospice in Chicago Heights. She was born Sept. 5, 1925, in Union Grove Township in Whiteside County.

Lillian was a member of Living Springs Community Church in Glenwood.

She was the beloved wife of the late John J. Woodyatt; dear mother of Mary (John) Cordani, John (Susan) Woodyatt, and Paul Woodyatt; cherished grandmother of Andrea Woodyatt, John N. Woodyatt, and Bethany Woodyatt; and loving sister of Vern (Lorraine) Sikkema, the late Wes (Mary) Sikkema, and Ron (Kathy) Sikkema.

Resting will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Tews-Ryan Funeral Home, 18230 Dixie Highway, Homewood.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Private interment will be at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood.

Memorials to Living Springs Community Church would be appreciated.
