J.A. Rhinebold services set James Adison Rhinebold, 68 of Clackamas, longtime Portland-area electrician, died Saturday in a local hospital.
Born in Montrose, Colo, Mr. Rhinebold moved to Portland with his family. He attended Ockley Green Grade School and was graduated from Benson Technical High School in 1934.
He worked as an electrician in the Portland area for 34 years before retiring.
J. Rhinebold was a member of the Milwaukie Elks Lodge and Local 48 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He also bowled in the Men's Bowling League and Mixed Bowling League at Milwaukie Bowl.
Surviving are his wife, Naoma; two sons, Robert of Detroit Mich, and Richard of Washington; two daughters Donna Rae Miller of Hillsboro and Sharon Strassman of Colona, Ill; sister, Mildred Hamilton of Owosso, Mich; a half-brother, Roy Keller, Portland; 10 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Peake Memorial Chapel in Milwaukie.
