Ryan Keith Taylor, 32, of Hanover, died Friday, Feb. 27, 2015, at King's Daughters' Hospital.
He was born Jan. 18, 1983, in Killeen, Texas, to Timothy and Debbie Reardon Taylor. He was a 2002 graduate of Southwestern High School, He enjoyed reading science fiction and history, and watching NASCAR, especially Jeff Gordon and Jimmy Johnson. He also enjoyed spending time on Facebook, gaming online, dragons, drawing, cooking and his family.
He is survived by his parents; his maternal grandparents, Gilbert and Sharon Reardon of Hanover; eight aunts and uncles; 11 cousins; and several second cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Clifford C. "Tip" and Mary Jane Taylor.
A celebration of life will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre Vail Chapel. Those attending are asked to wear colorful clothing for his celebration. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the service.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Contributions can be made through the funeral home.
