She was married about 1865 to Dr Christopher Pritchett Duncan (1840–1919), and he was the son of Crawford Anderson Duncan (1814–1882) and his wife Elizabeth (Harvey) Duncan (1822–1871).
Living at 1900 Eastland Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee, Signora was 101 years old when she passed away at home on February 17, 1941, and burial was three days later in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Nashville.
