WILLIS, Troy Age 84 of Hamilton passed away at Ft. Hamilton Hospital on Sunday, January 8, 2006 at 12:33 PM. He was born in Estill County, Kentucky on September 7, 1921 the son of Gourley and Florence (Miller) Willis. Troy was employed as a bus driver for the City of Hamilton, a machinist for Hamilton Tool, and was the owner/operator of Willis Lawn Mower Repair and Service. On December 8, 1951 in Liberty, Indiana he married Gertrude Fredericks, and she preceded him in death in 2001. He is survived by two sons, Wayne Willis and his wife Dorothy of Beaufort, South Carolina and Keith Willis and his wife Tami of Hamilton; two daughters, Sonja Sue Cozad and her husband Gary of Seven Mile and Wanda Lee Marshall and her husband Chris of Hamilton; brother, Ralph Willis and his wife Myrtle of Seven Mile; sister, Pearl Robertson and her husband Lyle of Fairfield; five grandchildren, Lisa (Frank) Smith, Misty Rae Willis, Tonya Sue (Daniel) Schmitz, Cindy (Greg) Fields, and Melissa Ann (Lee) Bowling; thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; his dog and faithful companion, Lucky; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson, David Wayne Willis. Funeral Service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, today, Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Mike Gabbard of Collinsville Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held today from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
