Eustean was born to Fred and Josephine (Muri) Bingham on August 17, 1921 in Benson County, North Dakota. She was united in marriage to Rudolph Tollefson and they made their home on the farmstead near Maddock, ND where they lived, worked side by side on the farm and began their family. After Rudolph’s death, Eustean moved to Devils Lake where she raised her children and one grandson and worked at several local restaurants and then at the Good Samaritan Center for many years until she retired.
Eustean enjoyed reading, gardening, Bingo, going to the Casino and especially spending time with her family.
She is survived by her loving family.
She was preceded in death by her husband Rudolph; parents; daughters Barbara Rosendahl and Eleanor Williams; grandson B.J. Thomas; two great grandchildren; sisters Catherine Kraft, Rosemary Leppard and Patricia Ripplinger and brothers Francis Bingham and George Bingham.
