A resident and native of Livingston Parish, went to his eternal home, on Sunday, December 14, 2014. He was 75. Raymond proudly served his country during the Vietnam War. He leaves behind to cherish his memories, two sons; Marc Watts and wife Dalila, Jerome Watts and wife Laura, three daughters; Ann Hotard and husband Jimmy, Marie Watts and companion Chris Wascom, Cindy Glover, brother, Carlie Watts, fifteen grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, in Livingston, on Thursday, December 18, 2014 from 5pm until 8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial, will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, on Friday, December 19, 2014 at 11 a.m. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 51 years, Marie T. Watts, his parents, Jessie and Jewel Watts, his sister, Faye Fletcher , brother, Mervin Watts, and his niece, Bridget Chaisson.
