A housewife and lifelong resident of Colyell, she died April 4, 2008, at 6 p.m. at her home at age 90. Visiting at Colyell Baptist Church on Sunday, April 6, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Visiting at the church on Monday from 9 a.m. until religious service at 10:30 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Bill Holifield. Interment in Colyell Community Cemetery. Survived by her two sons, Raymond Watts and Carilie Watts; six grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Jessie T. Watts; parents, the Rev. Jessie W. and Lillie Watts; son, Marvin Watts; daughter, Faye Fletcher; granddaughter, Bridget Fletcher Chaisson. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
