Darlene Boren Parker, age 63, died June 19, 1995 in the Wasatch County Hospital.

She was born on August 26, 1932 in Salt Lake City, the daughter of John S. and Lillian (LaFay) Boren.

She married John N. Pearce in Salt Lake City, Utah; they later divorced. On August 16, 1974, she married Delbert W. Parker in Soldotna, Alaska.

Darlene was an active member of the LDS Church. She enjoyed Relief Society and was also a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers.

She worked at and retired from the Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, where she had been a key punch operator and transcriptionist.

She is survived by her husband, Delbert, of Woodland; one son, John W. Pearce, of Woodland; one daughter, Sondra Mitchell, of Green River, Wyoming; step-sons, James D. Parker of West Valley City and Gerald F. Parker of Woodland; brother, Donald Anderson, of Huntsville; twelve grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be conducted in the Woodland Cemetery on Wednesday, June 21, 1995 at 11:00 a.m. Friends may call in the Woodland Ward Building on Tuesday, June 20, 1995 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the services at the church on Wednesday.
