MINERAL WELLS - Thelma Ruth Dean, a hairdresser, died Monday at a Fort Worth hospital. She was 62.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. today at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home in Mineral Wells.
Burial will be in Holders Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Dean was born in Texas and had lived in Mineral Wells since 1964.She was a hairdresser in Mineral Wells for 30 years at Venona's House of Beauty, Kings Den and Tina's First Impressions.
Mrs. Dean was a member of Central United Methodist Church and Texas Women's Bowling Association.
Survivors: Husband, Morris W. Dean of Mineral Wells; son, Larry Dean of Fort Worth; daughter, Pearl Whittenburg of Mineral Wells; three brothers, Charlie Holmes of Mineral Wells, and George Holmes and T.W. Holmes, both of Oklahoma City; two sisters, Venona Davis and Eda Weeks both of Mineral Wells; and two grandchildren
