Services for Mrs. Rosemary C. Lockett, age 81, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and formerly of Hideaway, are scheduled for 3PM on Saturday, February 21, 2015 in the Caudle-Rutledge Funeral Home chapel in Lindale with Dr. Jack Cox officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Sylvan Cemetery. Mrs. Lockett died on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 in the St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa.
She was born on January 23, 1934 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Robert Bruce and Rosa May Huffman Crutcher and was formerly of Bartlesville and Ada Oklahoma before moving to Hideaway in 1986. Mrs. Lockett was a graduate of Oklahoma State University, a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority and was a Presbyterian.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, William Kelsey “Bill” Lockett on March 30, 2001. Survived by: Son and Daughter-In-Law: Michael Stephen and Nancy Ash Lockett of Atlanta, Georgia Daughter and Son-In-Law: Kelsey Ann and Jeff Ellson of Tulsa, Oklahoma 3 Grandchildren: Trevor and Zach Ellson of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Jack Lockett of Atlanta, Georgia.
Honorary Pallbearers are Phil Parham, Gene McCrory, Roger Caudill, Bill Kashouty, Virgil Franz, and Bob Hancock.
Family will receive friends from 6PM to 8PM on Friday evening at the Caudle-Rutledge Funeral Home in Lindale.
