Funeral arrangements for Mrs. Hazel D. Cochran, 79, of Phoenix Ariz., formerly Of Green Rock and Mercer County, who died Sundayin a Phoenix nursing home, are pending at the Reiser Funeral Home, Aledo.

The former Hazel Williams was born Oct. 1st 1895, near Alexis Ill., a daughter of Charles and Katherine Hoover Williams. She attended the Indian Grove schools near Alexis.

She was married to Paul Hildebrand on Dec. 16th 1915, at Gerlaw. She was employed at International Harvester Farmall Works, for several years before the couple moved to Phoenix in 1956. Prior to that time the couple lived in Green Rock. Mr. Hildebrand died Nov. 11th 1961.

On Nov. 6th 1964 she was married to Eugene Cochran in Phoenix.

She was of Protestant faith.

Surviving are the widower; a son, Lester of East Moline; two daughters, Mrs. Ilea Whorton and Mrs. Mary Kitt; both of Davenport; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, and a sister Mrs, Murl Smith of Aledo.

She was proceded in death by her first husband snd two sons.
