Pittsford, Sept. 14 - Robert W. Burley, the 12-year-old son of W. R. and Bertha Lash Burley died Wednesday at the family home, Wapping Bridge road, of meningitis, being ill only three days. Robert was a studious lad in the district school near his home and was to have entered Pittsford High school on Tuesday had he been spared. Besides his father and mother, he is survived by two sisters and two brothers. Interment and burial were made on the day following his death, Rev. Jerome Wood officiating.
