Miss Kwak was a resident of Garfield, New Jersey and prior to retirement was employed with Western Electric. She was pre-deceased by her parents, Peter and Michaelina (nee Tracz), her brother Stanley and her sister Wanda Maziarski. At the time of her death, she was survived by a niece, nephew and other family members and friends. Funeral Mass was held at Most Holy Name Roman Catholic Church, Garfield.
