Ethen "Woody" Woodward, 70 of Lucas, Kentucky, died Tuesday, February 10, 2015 in Glasgow, Kentucky. The St. Louis native was the son of the late John William, and Bonnie Irene Woodward. Woody is a United States Army Vietnam Veteran, a member of the Oakland Masonic Lodge and of UAW local 2164. He was a union official at General Motors Corvette where he retired in 1992.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Sheri Wilson Woodward, Lucas, KY, four children; Christi Sipes (Dave), Crystal Bennett (Chuck Davis), Tina Hutchison, John Glosick (Wendy), 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 2 surviving brothers John Woodward and Lynn Woodward, and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by 1 sister; Clarice Laws.
Visitation is Friday, February 13, 2015 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Masonic Service at 7:00 p.m. at J. C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel and on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Funeral is 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with burial at Fairview Cemetery #2.
