Funeral services for Howard Lee Tucker Sr., age 87, of Darnell, Louisiana will be 2PM, Tuesday, February 10, 2015, Graveside at the Unity Cemetery near Darnell, Louisiana with Rev. Jimbo Herring officiating. Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11AM - 1:30PM at Cox Funeral Home.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Pearlean Tucker; parents, Jessie Lee Tucker and Winnie Alice Massey Smith; daughter, Mary Marsh; son, Billy Ray Tucker; son, Howard Lee Tucker Jr.; sister, Sarah Joyce Tucker.
Howard is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Cecil Smith of Dallas, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Carolyn Tucker of Greenville, Tennessee; daughter and son-in-law, Betty and Leeland Brown of Spencer, Iowa; brother, C. E. "Bud" Tucker of Columbia, Louisiana; 15 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren; two nieces and one nephew.
