Teresa Denise Mitchell, 55, of Gravelly departed this life Sunday, Feb. 1, 2015. She was born May 4, 1959, to Oscar and Tressie Millard Chronister in little Rock. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Timothy Mitchell; and two brothers, Woody and David Jones.
Survivors include one son, Adam Mitchell and wife Kourtney; two daughters, Sarah Spears and husband Dwayne, and Darla Houston; two brothers, Bobby and Don Wilson; three sisters, Beulah Rustad, Laura Shreckise and Peggy Farmer; five grandchildren, Summer Mitchell, August and Lane Spears, Jazmine and Hanna Houston; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015, at Abundant Life United Pentecostal Church in Danville officiated by Bro. Duncan. The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. prior to service time. Burial will follow at Parks Cemetery in Nola under the direction of Broussard Funeral Home of Russellville.
