Alice L. Breese, 73, of Smith Road died Monday, Jan. 13, 1992, at her residence.

Born March 4, 1918, in Wyoming, Ill., to Dean H. and Marie Cox Winn, she married Elliott L. Breese on April 20, 1941, in Wyoming. He survives.

Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Gary (Jill) Gregory of Lubbock, Texas, and Mrs. Robert (Jacquelyn) Flint of Edelstein; one son, John D. of Media, Pa.; and two sisters, Mrs. Eugene (Dorothy) Jackson of Tuscola and Mrs. Roy (Deana) Bennett of Toulon. She was preceded in death by an infant sister.

She graduated with honors from Brown's Business College in 1938. Before her marriage, she worked at the Stark County Soil Conservation office in Toulon. She was a member of First Federated Church in Peoria.

Cremation rites have been accorded and burial of ashes will be in the columbarium at her church.
