Madelon was a graduate of Bangor High School in 1933.
She was a member of the Nature Conservatory, the Arbor Day Foundation, the R.S.V.P. Volunteer Program, the Bangor Nature Club, a historian and Tutor Advisor of the English as a Second Language and a Literacy Volunteer for many years, a volunteer at Eastern Maine Medical Center and at Bangor Mental Health Institute, and she was a member of the Ombudsman Program.
There will be a special mention of Madelon at the Sunday Service of the Hudson Baptist Church.
