Jack graduated from John Marshall High School and I.U.P.U.I. He was a supervisor and fiber optic technician for Indiana Bell for 20 years. Jack was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and the N.R.A. He had a passion for hunting, fishing, astronomy, artistry and woodworking. Jack served his country with the U.S. Marine Corps.
Jack is survived by his wife, Ene Mullins; sons, Uri (Faith) and Josh (Julie) Mullins; grandchildren; mother, Earna (nee Hall) Mullins; brothers, Mack (Jodi), Selton (Beverly) and Larry (Christine) Mullins; sister, Shelia (James) White; brother-in-law, Mart Ruusma; several nieces and nephews and 2 great-nieces.
His father, James Mullins preceded him in death.
