The bequests were: First Presbyterian Church of Lansingburgh, $500; Trinity Episcopal Church of Watervliet, $200; North Reformed Church of Watervliet, $200; Evening Star Lodge, F&AM, Waterviet, $100; Lauren Lodge of Odd Fellows, Watervliet, $100; Bethesda Home, Troy, $100, and Salvation Army, Troy, $100. Other legatees include Melvin H. Farley of 19 Harwood, Colonie, a stepson, $500 and stock, and Mr. Farley's wife, $100. Another stepson, Archie Farley, 746 Sixth Ave., Troy, receives the real property and furnishings at 746 Sixth Ave., home of the late Captain Warner."
