"Linville W. Dykes, 65, farmer in the Piney Grove section of the county died Wednesday afternoon at his home. Funeral services will be held this afternoon at the Rock Lick Church with burial in the Church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Dykes. Mr. Dykes was well-known in his section of the county and has many friends who regret to learn of his passing."
