John Bridges Kilgore age 91 of Sylvania, died Thursday, February 5 at his residence. Funeral services are Sunday at 2:00 pm ct at Corner Stone Funeral Chapel with Bro. Mike Lowery and Bro. Terry Dehart officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship cemetery. Family will receive friends from, 4:00 to 8 pm Saturday and 10 am until service time on Sunday.
Survivors include, daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda Gail & John Cameron, of Sylvania, Charlotte Ann & Donald Feagans, of Layette, GA 12 Grandchildren, 18 Great-Grandchildren, & 16 Great-Great Grandchildren, sister, Ruby Butler, Rossville, GA.
Mr. Kilgore was a retired machinist, a member of Light House of Word Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Henry Harrison Kilgore and Stella Magnolia Ferguson Kilgore, , sons, Larry Joe Kilgore & William Wayne Kilgore, sisters, Virgie Mae Gann, Annie Ruth Tallent, Inez Moore, brothers, Walter Kilgore, Claude Eldridge Kilgore, Myles H. Kilgore & Bobby Ray Kilgore.
