Frank was the oldest of seven children (four sons & three daughters) born to Michael J. & Ida (Wetteschreck) Horan. He also had two other half-brothers from his father's second marriage; after his mother died in 1902.
In 1926, Frank married Doris L. Hitchcock; he was age 32, she was 25.
They had one son; Thomas Madill Horan (1927-2005) and according to the 1940 Federal Census, they also took in a foster daughter, Mary (1927-???)
A hard working, self-employed cement contractor(... as was his father), husband & father, Frank died at age 69.
