He was born in Ramten, Mark, Denmark, November 21, 1860, and was married in 1886 to Miss Ida Larsen. After embracing the L. D. S., faith they emigrated to Utah shortly after their marriage, locating at Fountain Green, where they lived until moving to Mt. Pleasant in 1895.
Mr. Hansen is survived by the following sons and daughter; Christian B. Hansen of Magna; Mrs. Viola H. Mower of Fairview; Mrs. Anna H. Hansen, Mrs. Maida Hughes and Louis Hansen of Mt. Pleasant. Twelve grandchildren also survive him.
