Born September 19, 1925 in Carrolton, Missouri, she was the daughter of Leander R. and Ethel (Winfrey) Bailey. Dortha was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She and Otto Fingerlin were married January 15, 1992.
She is preceded in death by daughter Bev, first husband Percy Noble, second husband Otto Fingerlin, two sisters, two brothers, and grandson William Croft.
Survivors include daughters Joan Michael and husband Bob of Siloam Springs, Arkansas and Lynn Mills of Knoxville, Tennessee; 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 2:00 pm, Monday, February 2, 2015, at Oak Hill Cemetery. . Viewing will be 1:00 p.m. till service time, Monday, February 2, 2015, at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
