Edna L. Emerson, 68, Pine Village, died at 5:32 a.m. Wednesday in St. Elizabeth Hospital, Lafayette. She was born Nov. 20, 1917, in Cass County, to Melvin and Vada Estella Michael Snavely. She was married April 26, 1970, in Buffalo, to Vernon Emerson, who survives. She was a graduate of Royal Center High School. She taught Sunday school several years at Pine Village Christian Church, where she was a member.
Also surviving are a son, two stepsons, two sisters, six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Hahn Funeral Home, with the Rev. Gene Polf officiating. Burial will be in Pine Village Cemetery.
