Carolyn G. Reed, 72, died Sunday at her home. She was the daughter of the late Frederick and Lucy Reed and was also predeceased by her brother, Fred, Jr. and her sister, Judy Pickering. Raised in the Tully Valley, she graduated from Tully High School. For many years she was employed by Graham, Newton and McMahon until her recent retirement. Surviving are nieces, Kathy (Frank) Doll and Kelly (Chad) Acome; brother-in-law, Edward Pickering; an aunt, several great nieces, nephews and cousins. Services will be Friday, January 30 at 6 p.m. at Fergerson Funeral Home, preceded by calling hours from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home, 215 South Main St., North Syracuse. Spring burial will be in Tully Cemetery with her parents. Donations may be made, in lieu of flowers, to Wanderer's Rest, 7138 Sutherland Drive, Canastota, NY 13032.
