BIDDEFORD - Armand L Delage, 71, of Alfred Street, died Sunday at Maine Medical Center, Portland. He was born May 6, 1926 in Biddeford, a son of Odilion and Ernestine Guilbeault Delage, and was educated in local schools. Mr Delage was a US Navy Veteran of World War II. On November 9, 1946, he married Therese Labonte in St Joseph's Church. Mr Delage worked for 40 years for the Saco Lowell Shops, Maremont Corporation and Saco Defense, retiring in 1991. He was a loving family man, survivors say, and enjoyed lobstering. He was a member of St Joseph's Church. Survivors include his wife of 51 years of Biddeford; two sons, Richard of Naples, FL and James of Dayton; a daughter, Nancy Hutto of Scarborough; two brothers, Adrien of Biddeford and Maurice of Windsor, CT; three sisters, Laurette Laverriere of Biddeford, Pauline Tardie of Enfield, CT and Doris Marks of Ballston Spa, NY; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
