On March 10, 2013 Catherine Seaver, 90, passed away peacefully at Monterey Care Center, Grove City, Franklin County, Ohio; after her battle with Dementia. Catherine was born on 11 October 1922 in Morris, Tioga County, Pennsylvania to John Earl Smith (1887-1956) and Louisa A Coon Smith Connelly (1895-1974).

She is preceded in death by her twin daughters Catherine J. and Carolyn J. Harvey (who died at childbirth about 1944), husbands William Joseph Harvey Sr (1918-1968) married 6 Jun 1939 in Montrose, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania and Russell Seaver (1927-2004) married about 1968 in New York; brothers Daniel Joe Lee (1925-) and Ernest Loren Smith Sr (1920-2000), sisters Iola June Smith Schad Dawn (1927-2010) and Ruth Jean Connelly (1935-2002), sister-in-law Evelyn M Corey Smith (1927-2013), in-laws Leroy Richard Harvey (1897-1953), Bessie May Runyon Harvey Kohn (1901-1971), Leroy Corenelious (1925-1998) and Joyce W Harvey (1925-1997), George Lewis (1922-1999) and Martha Elizabeth Harvey Mott (1922-1999), Gordon Charles (1924-1981) and Ethel Mae Harvey Knapp (1996), James Charles (1918-1989) and Sarah Florence Harvey Wagner (1920-1999), Mary Louise Harvey Morris (1934-1952), Robert Williams, George Spicer, Floyd Leroy (1920-1994) and Esther L Seaver Swartz (1922-2012).

She is survived by children, William (Ruth) Harvey, Richard (Gail) Harvey, Robert (Carol) Harvey, Darlene Harvey-Pompeii, Debbi (Dick) Harvey Mills and John (Marielle) Seaver.

She was also very active in the lives of her much loved 11 grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren; as well as many other children who knew her as "Grandma Kitty"; brothers, Norman Richard Smith (1931-2014) and Jessie (Nora) Smith (1925-).

She served in the Army during WWII, working as a Key Punch Operator and a Nurses Aid. She worked at several factories in PA and NY before and after her time in the Army. She also worked as a Home Health Aid for Tioga County and at Riverview Nursing Home in Owego, NY. She was very active watching infants, janitorial and working in the kitchen at Candor First Baptist and member of the Owego Church of the Nazarene and, after moving to Columbus, Ohio, the Good Shepherd Church.

At her request, she will be buried in Evergreen Cemetery in Owego, Tioga County, New York with her husband Russell Seaver.
