See Orphans Court Docket No. 12 pg. 540 being the same land conveyed to Wm. OSTER one of the parties by A.H. HULL Esquire by deed 17 April 18?8.
Mansion farm from the said John T. AKE for the use of the saw mill tract.
Rights & privilages of the water enjoyed by the saw mill conveyed but the dam of said mill however not to be raised but to remain at the same height.
