Frances L. “Jo” Oehler, 91, of Bloomington, Illinois, died at 5:53 PM on Sunday January 18, 2015 at OSF St. Joseph Hospital in Bloomington.

Jo was born in Iuka, Illinois on July 28, 1923 to Glen and Marie Crippen Millikin. She married Edward H. Oehler on March 31, 1940 in Keokuk, Iowa. He survives.

She is also survived by two children, Beth(Roger) Yoder and Gary (Sue) Oehler; eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; one sister, Margaret Brooks and one daughter-in-law, Shellie Oehler.

She was preceded in death by one son Jeff Oehler, one brother and two sisters.

Jo was an accomplished tailor. She owned and operated OK Tailor Shop in Bloomington for many years. She was also an avid bicyclist. She enjoyed riding in the PAC RAC rides as well as IAA Ag in the Classroom rides.

She was a member of the Danvers Presbyterian Church.
