Cleo Tsimpides Costas passed away January 19, 2015. She was the youngest of 7 children and grew up in Birmingham, Alabama. She graduated from Phillips High School and was a faithful member of the Holy Trinity Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Cathedral. She married Nick A. Costas on April 30, 1950. He preceded her in death in April of 2012.
She is preceeded by her parents: George and Theoharie Tsimpides, brothers: Andrew Tsimpides, Teddy Tsimpides, Lycurgus Tsimpides and sister: Christine Tsimpides. The visitation will be Wednesday, January 21, 2015 from 5:30 until 7:00 P.M. with Prayer service at 7:00 P.M. and the Funeral will be Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 10:30 A.M. All services will be held at Holy Trinity Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Cathederal with Burial to follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
