Wm. J. Kimsey, the relative of Postmaster J. W. Swain, who became so violently insane recently, that he had to be taken to the hospital at Las Vegas, died at the hospital Sunday morning. He was 65 years old and his condition was hopeless, so the ending was for the best. Mr. Swain and wife have cared for him for so long, that they feel the bereavement deeply, but it would be wrong to wish him here longer in his condition.

William Jepthiah Kimsey was the son of William A. & Anna "Annie" Crawford Kimsey. He left Tennesse between 1900 & 1910, with his nephew, James Lafayette Swaim and family.
James Lafayette Swaim was the son of William's sister, Margaret Anna (Kimsey) Swain. William never married. He is probably buried in Mora...as, his nephew lived in the area until about 1930...after which, James and family moved to Los Angeles, California.
