"Mrs. Florence Bell "Flora" Stephenson, 74, died at the home of her brother, William Cook in Cutler, Indiana at nine o'clock Monday morning. She was born in Cutler, Indiana, June 26, 1864, the daughter of John A. and Olive (Adams) Cook. She was married to Amzie Stephenson of Elkhart, Indiana who has been dead for a number of years.
Surviving besides her brother are 9 nieces and nephews, two of whom she raised, Dale and Evelyn Cook, now of Elkhart. She was a member of the Cutler Presbyterian Church.
The body was taken to the Carter Funeral Home. Funeral services were held Wednesday morning from the residence. The Reverend Ward McCabe officiated. Burial was in the Grace Lawn Cemetery, Elkhart, Indiana.

MRS.STEPHENSON DIES AT CUTLER ON MONDAY
CUTLER, JUNE 19--(Tribune Special) Mrs. Florence Bell Stephenson, age 74 died at the home of her brother, William Cook, here Monday morning. She had been making her home with Mr. Cook for some time and had been in ill health for a number of years.
Mrs. Stephenson was born June 28, 1864 in the Cutler, Indiana community. She was the widow of Amzie Stephenson of Elkhart, Indiana. He preceded her in death several years ago. They had no children but reared a niece and nephew, both of whom live in Elkhart, Indiana.
She was a former member of the Cutler Presbyterian Church and is survived by one brother and nine nieces and nephews.
The body was taken to the Carter Mortuary and will be returned later to the residence. Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning with the Reverend Ward McCabe in charge. Burial will be in the Grace Lawn Cemetery beside the grave of her husband.
