Nina Mai Matheny Hall, 84, died at 10:50 AM Friday, Feb. 10, 2006, in St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Born Oct. 1, 1921, at McKenzie, TN, she was the daughter of the late William and Willie Matheny. She married William F. Hall on Dec. 26, 1959, in Lafayette, and he survives.
Mrs. Hall, who had lived in Lafayette most of her life, was a homemaker and a member of American Legion Post 492 and Veterans of Foreign Wars auxiliaries.
Surviving with her husband are three daughters, Rebecca Kielau (husband Steve) of Crawfordsville, Kimberly Arnett of Lafayette, and Jane Tidmore (husband Jay) of Albuquerque, NM; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by a son, Ronnie Griffith; and a sister, Sybil McMackin.
