Linda Charlene Potts Keener, 72, of Joplin, Missouri, died Thursday, January 15, 2015, at Freeman Hospital in Joplin.

Charlene was born July 11, 1942, in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Harry A. and Pauline E. (Hodge) Potts. She graduated from Iola High School in 1960. Charlene married Larry Stalnaker and they had a daughter, Gina. She later married Jerry Cossou and they had a son, Rob. In 1995 she married James R. Keener and they made their home in Joplin. At one time Charlene was involved in the cable television industry but her main passion was buying and selling antiques.

1 daughter: Gina Wagner and husband Keith of Scammon

mother: Polly Sarver and husband Delmer of Iola

2 brothers: Darrell Potts and wife Carla and Craig Sarver and wife Tammy both of Bartlesville, Oklahoma

1 sister: Nancy Laidlaw and husband Tom of Lafayette, Colorado

6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her father.

Cremation has taken place.
