Carrie R. Slaybaugh Wagner, 87, Countryside Christian Community, North Annville Township, died there Saturday, April 29, 2006. She was the wife of the late Howard D. Slaybaugh and the late Paul E. Wagner. Born in Palmyra September 9, 1918, she was the daughter of the late John L. and Minnie C. Reese Berkheiser. She was a selfemployed craft designer. She was a member of Zion Evangelical Congregational Church, Annville, where she was a Sunday school teacher in the beginners department. She was also a member of the Annville WCTU and a Button Club member. Surviving are daughter Gloria, wife of Glenn E. Blantz of Annville; step-son Luke Wagner of Annville; stepdaughter Geraldine, wife of Jay O'Neal of Fredericksburg; two grandchildren, David Blantz of Annville and Fay, wife of David Hartzell of State College; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by son John W. Slaybaugh; brother John L. Berkheiser; and two sisters, Fern Felty and Violet Pulli. Funeral Wednesday at Zion E.C. Church, Annville. Interment in Mt.
