Mrs. Winnie (Dewees) Arnold, 70, was found dead in bed last Tuesday morning by her sister-in-law, Mrs. Ida Dewees at whose home she stayed. She had been employed at Karr's Cafe and had worked on Monday. Death was due to a heart attack.
She was born in Montgomery county, Indiana. Her husband, Elmer Arnold, died four years ago.
Survivng are five children, Kenneth Arnold, Arlington Heights, Ill.; Jess, Philadelphia; Clifford, Omaha, Neb.; Mertie, of Arizona, and Ivan, of Washington; three brothers, one of Mt. Vernon, Wash., Clay Dewees, Rensselaer, and Frank of Brook.
Funeral services will be held at the Methodist church on Sunday afternoon at two o'clock, Rev. Pearson officiating and burial will be made in Riverside cemetery.
