Kenneth Raymond "Jim" VanBlaricom died on Thursday, July 19, 2007, in Davenport.
Cunnick-Collins Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
He was born in Cincinnati, Iowa, on May 13, 1925, the son of George Lee and Lena Mae (Veach) VanBlaricom. He loved the outdoor activities like fishing, hunting and camping. He also enjoyed mushroom hunting, playing cards and spending time with his grandchildren.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Dorothy, brothers, Robert and Pete, and beloved son, Roger Lee VanBlaricom.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
