She was born 9 June 1923 in Portsmouth, Ohio the daughter of the late Walter W. Montgomery and Marcella (McCory) Montgomery. Surviving is a half brother, James Montgomery and wife Nora of Galion, Ohio and several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends and care givers at Piketon Nursing Center. Her parents, sister, Jessie M. Ware and two brothers Walter H. Montgomery and Paul W. Montgomery, preceded Frances in death. Graveside Services will be held at the convenience of the family in Mound Cemetery, Piketon, Ohio. Calling hours will not be observed. Arrangements are under the direction of the BOYER FUNERAL HOME, Waverly, Ohio.
