Ephraim Taylor Dies At Coolidge, Kan.; Burial Here
Ephraim Taylor, 90, died July 9 at Coolidge, Ka., according to word received today by his nephew C.C. Naylor of Alburnett. The body is to arrive in Marion this evening and funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Yocom funeral home, formerly the Pingrey chapel. The Rev. H.E. Trimble will be in charge. Burial is to be in Oak Shade cemetry.
Thirty years ago Mr. Taylor left Cedar Rapids, where he had made his home for many years on a farm one mile south of the county farm, to go to Coolidge Kan., and has been living there since.
Surviving nieces and nephews are Mrs. Kate Pfluger, C.C. Naylor, Mattie Weislogel and Lillie Kinkead of Alburnett; Mrs. Emily Roth of West Liberty; and Grenville W. Naylor of Denver, Colo.
