Married Karlis Zviede 19 Feb 1920 in Riga, Latvia. He was b. 17 Aug 1885, entered the U.S. 20 Apr 1950, and died 5 Aug 1950.

She arrived to America on the SS. General Harry Taylor. After fleeing Latvia she lived several years in displaced person's camp in Esslingen, Schwaben, Germany. In 1950 U.S. Congress temporarily raised the immigration limit and she and about 40,000 other Latvians could immigrate to the U.S. She lived at 501 S. L St., Tacoma, Washington.
