Mr. J. Wilson Ellis died at his home in this place on Tuesday morning, in his 69th year. He had been sick for nearly a year with dropsy of the heart, and his death had been expected at any time for several months. Deceased was a native of Meadville where he grew to manhood. He spent eighteen years in the west and had lived here for the past eighteen years. He leaves a wife and one daughter. Of his father's family, two brothers, David, of Meadville, and Harlow, of Stoneboro, survive him.
