Conard Horton, 82, of Hillsville, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Mr. Horton was born in Carroll County to the late Floyd Raymond and Sophia Alverta Robinson Horton.
Survivors include his wife, Ima L. Horton of the home; son and daughter-in-law, Dennis C. & Donna Horton; daughters and son-in-law, Laverne Horton Alderman and Connie Jean and Donnie Quesinberry; siblings and spouses, Emma Imogene Caviness, Joseph Wayne and Anna Belle Horton, Lester and Ina Horton, and Ida Belle Webb; seven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Round Knob Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Bobby Webb and Rev. Larry Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Henley Cemetery.
Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
