"GEORGE BRIER DEAD AT TULLY--- Tully, Sep. 23.--On Saturday, occurred the death of George Brier, aged 56 years, after a sickness of several months. He is survived by his widow, two sons, George, Jr. of Tully and Edward of Syracuse; one daughter, Mrs. Leland Cardner of 'Tully Farms'; one brother, John of Newark. The funeral was held at the Methodist church Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with burial in the Tully rural cemetery. Mr. Brier was a member of Tully lodge of Masons."
