Sandra Ann Holland, 67, of St. Joseph, passed away Saturday, January 3, 2015.
Sandra was born on August 18, 1947 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Lewis and Jean (Ashworth) Thomas. She was a graduate of Troy High School.
Sandra operated Sandy’s Daycare out of her home for over 25 years. She was a member of Grace Evangelical Church, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Sandra married Jim Holland on March 16, 1969. He preceded her in death on June 27, 2000. She was also preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
Services 10:00 AM Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel. Mrs. Holland will be cremated following the services. Visitation will be held after 9:00 AM Tuesday at our chapel, where the family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in care of the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
