She is survived by her companion, Lee Guidry; daughter, Ronica A. Day; stepsons, Eddie, Willie, Jamie, Mardy, and Lee Jr.; stepdaughters, Cindy and Bridgette Guidry; sister, Beverly Blanchard; grandchildren, Aaron and Bryce Day; and 18 step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Florence Vedros; and twin sister, Claudette Vedros.
