Michael Wayne Gentry passed away on Friday, January 2, 2015. He was born in Crawfordsville, Indiana on May 5, 1948. Michael was a US Army Airborne ranger in Vietnam who served from 1965 to 1976.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Cheryl and Kaylene Combs. He is survived by his son, Michael Gentry Jr.; daughter, Jennifer Valdez; brothers, Robert, James and Ronald Gentry; and his grandchildren, Sierra and Alexia Valdez.
A memorial will be held Tuesday, January 6th from 4 to 7pm at Little & Sons Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, 4901 E. Stop 11 Road, Indianapolis, IN 46237.
