Services for George A. Stephenson, 71, Huntsville Route 1, who died yesterday in the Mary Rutan hospital, Bellefontaine, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Van Horn funeral home. Rev. L. L. Cooperrider will officiate with burial in Huntsville Cemetery.

Surviving are his widow, Lottie May; two sons, John L. of Columbus; and Frank S. of Lewistown Route 1; a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Hope, Bowling Green; five grandchildren and a brother, Elmer of Kenton.

George A.Stephenson, 71, died at 5:10 p. m. Aug. 6th at Mary Rutan hospital in Bellefontaine, where he was admitted at 12:15 from his home, R. R. 1, Huntsville. He had been in failing health for some time and seriously ill for more than three weeks.

A retired boilermaker, he was born in Logan county July 2, 1876, son of John and Etta Edgington-Stephenson. He is survived by his wife, Lottie May Stephenson; two sons, John L. of Columbus and Frank S. of R. R. 1, Lewistown; one daughter, Mrs. Ruth Hope, of Bowling Green; five grandchildren; and a brother, Elmer Stephenson, of Kenton.

Rites were held at 2 p. m. Saturday in Lakeview and interment followed in Huntsville cemetery.
